Mychael Knight has not let his 4th place finish on season 3 of Project Runway defeat him in any shape or form. Instead, Knight used the show as his introduction to the world launching a lingerie line, fragrance line, and has styled some of our favorite celebrities in black hollywood.
According to Style Blazer, Mychael Knight is back on the runway. He introduced his “Lost World” Spring 2012 Collection during the fashion week festivities snagging some fierce chocolate faces to assist him including supermodel Jessica White and America’s Next Top Model veterans, Dani Evans & Nik Pace.
“The actual collection was themed the “Lost World” and Knight mentioned that he took inspiration from the Mesozaic Era when magnificent and awesome beasts roamed the earth. “This collection is about extracting the beauty from the beasts,” he said. He had tall, slim, Amazon-looking women traversing the runway in sexy, unapologetic swimwear, evening gowns, chic separates and day dresses in bright neons, pristine whites, striking blues/greens/purples with form-fitting cuts, interesting razor-backs, and an array of unexpected tailoring details.”
